If you need sandbags, the following areas are open in the Gold Coast from 8am-5pm today

👉 42-44 Boyd Street, Bilinga (next to the City of Gold Coast Tugun Depot)

👉 61 Hutchinson Street, Burleigh Heads (at the Reedy Creek Waste and Recycling Centre)

👉 196 Old Pacific Highway, Pimpama (next to the City of Gold Coast Coomera Depot)

Sandbags can also be purchased at major hardware stores, landscape suppliers and other retailers. You can also make your own sandbags from garbage bags filled with soil.
