As we officially close for the year, I just want to take a moment to say the biggest thank you.

To every single one of our clients and supporters - thank you for trusting us, backing a small local business, and allowing us to be part of your journey this year. We genuinely couldn’t do what we do without your support, and it never goes unnoticed.

And to my team… my heart is so full. We talk about the Radar team, but honestly, it really is the Radar fam. I’m so grateful for the care, dedication and heart you bring to this business every single day. Being able to work alongside people who feel like family means more to me than I can put into words.

Thank you all for an amazing (and at times, incredibly stressful) year. I hope you enjoy a well earned rest, time with loved ones and a chance to reset.

We received a beautiful bunch of flowers from a client today, and it honestly brightened the whole office.

It’s been a big few months for us with deadlines galore and plenty happening behind the scenes, so this thoughtful gesture truly meant a lot.

I’m incredibly proud of my team. They continue to work so hard, support each other, and show up for our clients every single day.

Small moments of appreciation like this remind us why we do what we do. Thank you to our wonderful clients for trusting us and for the kindness you show along the way - it really does put a smile on our faces 💙

Radar has been built with family at the very heart of it. From the early days to now, our clients have seen the business and Nic’s family grow side by side (clients often recall the boys as toddlers running around her home office and Indi as a newborn having cuddles at the office).
