A big thank you to Leo from St Andrew's Catholic College for spending the week with us at Kelly Wealth as part of a work experience placement.

We love having the opportunity to support local students and provide real-world exposure to professional careers. Leo quickly became part of the team, and we enjoyed sharing what we do each day.

It turns out a rainy, windy night is a pretty good way to learn about a team.

Over the weekend, the Kelly Wealth crew took part in FNQ Relay For Life, walking from 2pm Saturday until 8am Sunday in support of Cancer Council Queensland.

There were sore feet, wet clothes, plenty of coffee, a few tug-of-war victories, and more than a few moments where teamwork mattered.

We also volunteered in the café and, thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, raised $4,853. Collectively, the event raised over $140,000 for an important cause.

The fundraising result is something we're proud of, but what we will remember most is watching our team back each other, keep showing up, and stay positive despite the conditions.

A great cause. A great community. And a reminder that sometimes the most meaningful victories come from simply keeping going. 💛

Relay For Life is this weekend.

Over the past couple of months, our Kelly Wealth team has been raising funds for Cancer Council through Relay For Life. We've had some amazing support from clients, friends, family and our local community, and we're incredibly grateful.

Before we hit the track on Saturday, we're hoping for one final push towards our fundraising goal.

This year, our involvement extends beyond the track, with members of our team also volunteering in the event café between 4:00am and 6:00am on Sunday morning to help keep participants fueled through the final stretch.

Today our Advisers and Associates took part in the Principles Community Virtual Professional Development Program as part of our ongoing commitment to learning and professional growth.

One of the things we're proud of at Kelly Wealth is that professional development isn't something we do because we have to - it's something we genuinely value. The financial advice profession is constantly evolving, and spending time learning from industry experts helps us continue delivering great outcomes for our clients.

EOFY is always one of the busiest times of the year for our team.

To recognise the effort everyone has put in over the past few weeks, we closed the office early on Friday and spent the afternoon together tackling an escape room challenge, followed by plenty of food, drinks and laughs.

We did the Y2K 90s Nostalgia room at Escape Academy Cairns, there was something like 18 puzzles to solve, and the team divided and conquered and even made the leader board for our time.


Our people work incredibly hard behind the scenes to support our clients, and it was great to take a moment to celebrate another EOFY successfully behind us.

Thanks team, it was well deserved. 👏❤️

💜 We're Taking Strides Towards a Cancer-Free Future 💜

This year, the Kelly Wealth team is proud to be participating in Relay For Life. Our team name is "Investing in Hope – Kelly Wealth."

Later this month, the team will be taking to the track and walking.....walking......walking....

Cancer touches the lives of so many people—our family members, friends, colleagues, and clients. That's why we've joined Relay For Life to help raise funds for the Cancer Council's vital research, prevention, and support services.

So far, our team has raised $1,575 towards our $2,000 goal, and every dollar makes a real difference in supporting Australians impacted by cancer.
