Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with John Allen to talk all things business, leadership and mentoring.
John has had an incredible career in rallying, business and high-performance environments, and I walked away from our conversation with so many valuable insights.
What stood out most was the reminder that success is rarely accidental. It comes from preparation, discipline, clear decision-making, and surrounding yourself with the right people.
As a business owner, these conversations are incredibly valuable. It is easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, but taking the time to learn from people with real experience and perspective is so important.
