This week we were onsite automating and creating paperless systems.

Over two days we automated and optimised a previously paper heavy bookkeeping process using MYOB accounting software, Dext for data capture, and Tanda software for timesheets.

Ask for an Emailed Receipt. Go for your Health and the health of your team.

Bank feeds are not enough.
As a minimum each quarter, complete a bank reconciliation. Check that that there is:
✅No outstanding transactions lingering in the bank reconciliation from prior periods.
✅No double ups on Expenses, Deposits or Transfers between bank accounts.
✅No under/overpaid amounts in the Payroll clearing account.
