From 1 July, the super guarantee rate for employees will increase to 11%. The current super guarantee rate is 10.5%.

You need to pay on time, and the right amount to avoid a super guarantee charge.

Remember:
✅ Update your payroll and accounting systems to the new super guarantee rate.
✅ Payments must be received by the employee's fund on or before the quarterly super due date of 28 July.

The super guarantee rate will progressively increase to 12% by July 2025.

Employers: Do you provide fringe benefits, such as gym memberships, to your employees? Just like you wouldn’t skip leg day, don't skip lodging your fringe benefits tax (FBT) return! 🏋️💪

The 2023 FBT year ended on 31 March, so you can now lodge and pay your annual FBT return electronically or by post.

If you’ve provided fringe benefits to your employees, your FBT return and payment is due by 22 May 🗓️

If you use a tax agent, you may have a different due date ⏰
