To all my lovely clients I sincerely hope you had a relaxing and blessed Easter.

Over the break I rolled my ankle - quite simply I was walking down some stairs and my foot went one way and my body the other. The good news is there is no broken bones but the bad news is that I’m being fitted for a moon boot and will likely require a 4/6 week rehabilitation.

So far the pain has been horrible but with anti-inflammatory medication I’m hoping to be more mobile in a week or so. Will keep you all informed but note that I’m still here on 0402000534 if you have anything to discuss.
