We have made some great changes to our supply chain and will be ready to go live early next week. Supply locations in Sydney, Coffs Harbour & Brisbane. New website with online store built and going through testing. Exciting new products to assist with minimising the spread of viruses.
Most importantly the appointment of a Regional Manager which I will announce next week.

WALK IN VACCINATION HUB 💉💉💉

Coffs Harbour has done a great job with our COVID vaccination rates so far. To help further boost vaccinations, the Local Health District will be running a walk-in vaccination clinic this weekend (4-5 September) at Coffs Harbour at the old Red and White Medical Centre (opposite the Clog Barn).

There is no need to make an appointment – vaccines are available to anyone 18 and over (just bring your Medicare card and photo ID).

The walk-in clinic will be open on Saturday and Sunday (4 and 5 September) from 10am to 3pm.

The NSW Crisis Cabinet has made the decision to extend our stay-at-home orders for the North Coast until midnight Friday 10th of September following advice from the Chief Medical Officer Dr Kerry Chant.

I am disappointed for our community which was looking forward to emerging from lockdown this weekend but I understand and accept the rationale for the decision.

Before the Crisis Cabinet meeting, I did put forward some recommendations for easing of restrictions around retail, hospitality, schools and outdoor exercise, but ultimately Health made the recommendation to keep restrictions where they are.

I particularly want to acknowledge and thank Deputy Premier John Barilaro with whom I am working closely to try to lift the lockdown as soon as possible.

Vaccination rates on the Coffs Coast are about average for Regional NSW. I continue to urge local residents to get vaccinated. I will have more to say on vaccinations in the coming days.
