We're thrilled to welcome our new Financial Adviser, Jason Hales to the Eclipse Financial Planning SEQ team as he joins our Coomera office, working closely alongside Greg Morianos.
With a career in financial services spanning back to 2007, Jason brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to his role. Since becoming an Authorised Representative in 2010, he has continually advanced his knowledge, holding a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
Jason is deeply committed to providing personalized, strategic advice that empowers clients to reach their financial and personal aspirations. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jason values time with his wife, Jess, and their four sons. A passionate sports enthusiast, he has a particular love for the English Premier League (especially Liverpool).

A collection of financial rules of thumb
When it comes to making a financial decision, we can experience considerable cognitive pressure—especially when the financial decision is complex and time-sensitive. Pressure coupled with our cognitive biases and emotions, can impact our ability to make a financial decision. This can sometimes result in us not making a financial decision and not taking any action at all. If left unaddressed, this ‘decision/action paralysis’ can be costly for our personal finances, both now and in the future.
