This month weโre celebrating a very special milestone as Nick McPhillips, Senior Partner at our Cranbourne office, marks 20 years with Highview!
Nickโs Highview story started back in Year 10, when he joined us for work experience. Highview was his first ever employer, and what started as a week of work experience turned into a 20 year career. We couldnโt feel luckier that he never left!
Since then, Nick has gone from strength to strength. His passion, hard work and unwavering focus on his clients have seen him progress to Associate Partner in 2016 and Partner in 2022, while also completing his CPA and becoming an integral part of the Highview leadership team. Today, Nick is a Senior Partner and continues to play an important role in the business.
For Senior Partner Darren, Nickโs impact extends well beyond his professional achievements. Having worked side by side for two decades, their partnership has become an important part of both their working lives:
