Court Rules: "Travelling To Work" Isn't Deductible 🚗

A recent Full Federal Court decision has overturned a major ruling on home office and car expenses. Even if you work from home due to pandemic-style restrictions, your rent is considered a domestic expense, not a business deduction. Additionally, travel between home and a studio was ruled as travel "to work" rather than "on work," making it non-deductible.
