• Cost is a key factor, tjh business advisory wants your business, we don’t have huge over head costs of a city office, but I do have techinical knowledge and willing to compete.
• Communication is key, your accountant not returning phone calls, my number is direct! You are calling the owner of the business not someone who has to check on the answer and get back to you.
• Time is money and when you need to make a decision and need an answer fast, it depends on timing and communication for business decisions.
• Xero software, you have heard of it! Change, grow and develop. It’s as good as they say and better. Get the most out of your software, it has functions you don’t know about and add ons like projects/time billing/ job costing plus reports that you need and should be utilizing.
