The national minimum wage will be $812.60 per week, or $21.38 per hour, after a decision by the commission exceeds the government's suggested 5.1 per cent increase.

Just make sure that the expenses are related to your work duties, and that you’re keeping detailed records. Remember, you can’t claim a deduction where the travel is paid for or reimbursed by your employer.
