There's something special about seeing a vision come to life!

Last week, we hosted our second 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 event, bringing together women for another evening of honest and meaningful conversation.

A sincere thank you to Rebecca Gilboa for sharing her story with such openness and vulnerability. The challenges of caring for ageing parents often happen behind closed doors, and creating space for these conversations is exactly why we started 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆.

To all the wonderful women who joined us, thank you for bringing your curiosity, experiences and openness to the room.

Two events in, and we're seeing something truly meaningful take shape. More than just a series of events, we're building a community where women can share their experiences, learn from one another and feel connected through life's challenges.

Esther Althaus and Jesse Elaluf are back from the MDRT Global Conference 2026 in Sydney, full of fresh ideas and inspiration.

It was Jesse’s first MDRT conference, while Esther has been part of the association for many years. They spent a few days learning from speakers and advisers from around the world, sharing ideas and thinking about how we can continue to do better for our clients.

One analogy we heard and loved: 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀.

Just as you might see a physio for pain in one area and discover the cause lies somewhere else, the same can be true of financial concerns.

Sometimes the question a client comes to us with is only part of the picture. By listening, asking the right questions and looking more broadly, we can better understand what’s really going on, and what they ultimately want to achieve.

That’s something we continue to focus on at Perspective: seeing the bigger picture, understanding what truly matters to you, and building advice around it.

We hosted our first 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 event.

A big thank you to Sarah Tatarka for sharing her experience following the sudden loss of her husband with such honesty, courage and vulnerability.

The conversations continued after the event, with many women staying to connect and share their own experiences. It's a powerful reminder of why creating spaces like this matters.

We truly believe that behind every financial decision is a human story. We're looking forward to continuing these conversations and welcoming more women to share theirs.
