From 3 July 2024, we’ll pay eligible carers the Child Disability Assistance Payment.

You’ll get the payment if you received Carer Allowance for a child for a period that includes 1 July.

The Child Disability Assistance Payment is up to $1,000 for each eligible child.

You don’t need to do anything. If you’re eligible, we’ll pay the Child Disability Assistance Payment into your bank account by 2 August.
