It was an exciting surprise when this beautiful bunch of flowers was delivered to our office today - and everyone was keen to find out who and what they were for and also who they were from! 🤔

As it turns out, they were for Mandy in recognition of her bookkeeping skills and dedication to helping her clients.

As we approach the new financial year, we've noticed some clients coming to us after they've had a chat with Chatty or other similar AI platforms. 😉

While AI can be great for finding general information and understanding basic tax concepts, it doesn't know your complete financial situation. It can only provide answers based on the information it's given, and sometimes those answers can be inaccurate, outdated, or miss important details that apply to your circumstances.

👉This is where having a good tax agent makes all the difference!

As we head into the 2026–27 financial year, it's a great reminder that while AI can be a useful starting point,𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙭𝙩, 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙚 that technology simply can't replicate.
