Our long history of service and care dates back to 1978 when Chapman Welsh Insurances was first established by Frank Welsh and Ray Chapman. Ross Hultgren joined the business some 10 years later, eventually purchasing the financial planning arm from Frank in 2002 and branching out into Chapman Welsh Financial Services. After a hiatus which included many travels, Frank returned to the financial advi

ce industry in 2012 and launched Community Financial Services. Community Financial Services and Chapman Welsh share a common goal of nurturing long term trusted relationships whilst providing tailored advice to help their clients navigate the many stages of life. And because of this key alignment and connection, the decision was made to bring both businesses together from 2023 and start a new exciting era as Community Chapman Welsh. We’re committed to ensuring all clients clearly understand their financial situation and options. And we’re proud our services are helping them to make quality decisions as they navigate a path to a happier, healthier financial future. We work with them to grow, protect and manage their wealth and provide peace of mind that their financial wellbeing is always centre stage. Community Chapman Welsh formed after the 2022 merger of respected businesses Chapman Welsh Financial Services and Community Financial Services. Our core services include:
