🔐 New AML & CTF requirements are coming from 1 July 2026.

If you're a client of The Hrkac Group, you may notice some changes to the information and documentation we request when providing certain accounting and SMSF services.

These new Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) laws are designed to help protect Australians and strengthen the integrity of our financial system. Similar requirements have existed for many years across banking, mortgage broking and financial planning services.

For most clients, the process will be straightforward and may simply involve providing identification or verifying existing information.
