We are looking for a full-time mortgage broker or loan writer to complete the following tasks:

▪️Meeting with clients
▪️Discussing client’s goals and loan requirements
▪️Making recommendations around suitable loans
▪️Preparation of loan documentation and application forms
▪️Liaising with banks
▪️Following up clients for outstanding documents and providing updates
▪️Assisting with ensuring loans are suitable for borrowers
▪️Maintaining compliance record
▪️Data entry into CRM system (AFG Flex)
▪️Servicing client’s post-settlement

A successful candidate must demonstrate:

▪️High level of professionalism
▪️Highly organised and attention to detail
