Business clients are not forced to wait until March to have their work looked at. At Plant and Associates the work is completed when clients send it in. They also have a very strong focus on business clients being up to date with tax compliance by November so they can review the previous year trading, assess the current period trading and work out solutions to improve the current year before the year is up. Expert information and efficient service

Up with the ever changing law, the team at Plant and Associates ensures clients are operating under the best structure to suit their needs and looking for ways to save their clients tax. They also operate as a paperless office with the technology to allow them to work efficiently, from anywhere, servicing clients anywhere. Proven Value

Plant and Associates have a proven track record of saving their clients considerable amounts of money. A client with multiple franchises all held in various different entities came to Plant and Associates frustrated with his previous accountant as they were still waiting for the tax returns from two years prior. As the previous accountants were working on tax compliance from so far back they were not offering tax planning. This client's first year returns with Plant and Associates were not
only completed in July when he brought in his work, he was also given valuable tax planning assistance that stopped him from having to pay FBT and Payroll tax, in addition he saved over $60,000 in taxes across the group of entities.

2. A Sole Trader earning over $200,000 was converted over to a company structure reducing his tax rate from 38.5 % to 30% saving him over $15,000.

3. Another client, approaching retirement was about to purchase the commercial premises his business traded in. Plant and Associates set him up with a SMSF, assisted with the purchase of the commercial premises in the SMSF and then a few years later avoided Capital Gains Tax (CGT) when the business was sold through a strategy involving superannuation contributions. Then when the client started a pension, the property was sold within the SMSF with no CGT. Why Choose Plant and Associates

Many business owners go into business because they are good at something, though often they neglect to budget, prepare cashflows, look after debtor collection or simply to prepare the books. They get further and further behind and by the time they look for assistance, they are usually already in a very bad financial situation. Plant and Associates ensures businesses never get to that stage. Allowing you to focus on what you do best, Plant and Associates provides you with accurate, up-to-the-moment financial advice and information so you can make well informed decisions about your business and its future. Going one step further the team at Plant and Associates, provide a one-on-one consultation to ensure clients who still wish to handle their financials and not fully outsource, know how to read financials and prepare cashflows and budgets to ensure they are fully informed and equipped to manage their business effectively.
