More than 22 years ago, engineer Allan Barber found himself facing a problem familiar to many boat owners.
No matter how often he antifouled his boat, marine growth would always return. Family trips to Moreton and Stradbroke Island often became days spent in the water cleaning the hull instead of making memories with his family.
He knew there had to be a better way.
What started as an inflatable prototype became more than five years of engineering, testing and refinement before the first SeaPen® was created.
Recognising the opportunity to help other boat owners facing the same frustration, Mark and Sandra Barber founded DockPro with one simple mission: to make boating easier.
More than 22 years later, that vision continues to guide everything we do.
