Casual Administration Assistant

We are currently seeking applications for the position of Casual Administration Assistant for our office based in Burleigh Heads
Working to assist our team in payroll/timesheets, general administration duties.
This role includes the following duties:

Key Responsibilities

• Checking time sheets for payroll purposes
• Data Entry – employee information
• End to end bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations
• Payroll processing
• Ad hoc filing and archiving
• Assisting with queries from suppliers
• Other administrative tasks as required
Skills and experience

• Accounting support experience such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
• Advanced XERO and Excel skills
• A willingness to pitch in and help out where needed
• The ability to work autonomously, "think on your feet" and problem solve
• Excellent attention to detail with strong verbal and written skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to multi task and effectively manage your own workflow
• Self-motivated, with demonstrated personal and professional development
• Team player with a proactive approach
