The four things that make me good at what I do.

Communication – I ring when I say I will and reply to emails in a timely manner. I speak in plain English rather than accounting speak.

Timeliness – I get your work done in a timely manner. Individual tax returns are generally done in less than 2 weeks (there are exceptions to this though). SMSF are generally done within 4 weeks.

Listening/Compassion – I listen and have compassion for your individual needs, I don’t just assume I know what you need from me.

Technical Knowledge – I have been in the industry a long time so am extremely knowledgeable. I can get you the best result (i.e., highest refund) but will always ensure I stay within the law.
