The four things that make me good at what I do.

Communication – I ring when I say I will and reply to emails in a timely manner. I speak in plain English rather than accounting speak.

Timeliness – I get your work done in a timely manner. Individual tax returns are generally done in less than 2 weeks (there are exceptions to this though). SMSF are generally done within 4 weeks.

Listening/Compassion – I listen and have compassion for your individual needs, I don’t just assume I know what you need from me.

Technical Knowledge – I have been in the industry a long time so am extremely knowledgeable. I can get you the best result (i.e., highest refund) but will always ensure I stay within the law.

Do you know what your financial advisor is talking about?!

We know from working with our clients that many have had bad experiences from working with other advisors. Common tactics are:

➡️Confusing you with jargon
➡️Speaking arrogantly as an "expert"
➡️Not clearly explaining what the advice actually means in the real world

We are not that advisor. And we never will be.
