Job Opportunity: Administration Assistant
Location: Peats Ridge, NSW
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time - 25-30 hours per week over 5 days. Move to full time will become available in 2025.

The Role
As our Administration Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing incoming emails, answering the office phone, and responding to texts.
• Handling general office duties such as filing, document preparation, and maintaining records.
• Performing data entry for financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Supporting employee onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain a smooth and organized workflow.
This position requires you to work from our office in Peats Ridge. It is not remote.
Who We're Looking For
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
However, we also welcome applications from motivated individuals new to the workforce, particularly those interested in pursuing a traineeship in either Certificate IV in Administration or Certificate IV in Bookkeeping & Finance who are wanting to learn and grow in a busy and systemised workplace.
We’re seeking someone who is:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or bookkeeping software.
• An excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Organized and capable of managing time effectively.
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the business.
