It’s always a privilege being referred clients by mortgage brokers who have many options, but only like to work with buyer’s agents who have the expertise to deliver the results they need, especially when a purchase may not be straightforward.

In this case, the situation was complex for various reasons, but we were able to successfully coordinate and secure an amazing property that exceeded our client’s (and broker’s) expectations, and for a price they had only dreamed about! Not every transaction is easy, but it’s experience that absorbs the complexity and stress on behalf of the client when others would get lost. Our client is so happy with the outcome and so are we!
