Annette joined Sage in 2023, bringing with her a strong background in banking and a genuine customer-focused approach. In a short time, she has become an invaluable part of the team, helping ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and efficiently.

Annette is passionate about learning and is always looking for opportunities to grow her knowledge of the financial services industry and further develop her skills.

Outside of work, Annette and her husband are proud parents to two active boys. The Fletcher family love spending time together, especially caravanning and making lasting memories on trips with family and friends.

Alice has a warm, approachable style, working closely with her team to create practical, tailored strategies.

Currently completing her Master’s in Financial Planning, Alice brings both curiosity and creativity to her role. Bilingual in two Chinese dialects and English, she connects easily with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of work, she’s a proud mum of twins who enjoys yoga, language learning, and exploring beaches and national parks.

Say hello to Jess our pocket rocket at Sage Financial Planning.

Jess joined the team in 2025, bringing with her a strong background in financial services, lending, and insurance. She has worked closely with financial advisers, mortgage brokers, solicitors, and other industry professionals, giving her a fantastic all-round understanding of the financial sector.

Jess has an amazing work ethic, a wealth of knowledge, and a natural ability to lead and support the team. She’s also brilliant at explaining things clearly and making sure everyone feels confident and supported.

She prides herself on taking ownership of her work and is committed to delivering high-quality service to clients. Jess has a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and has recently started her masters.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, beach days, and catching up with friends

Say hello to Bridget, our wonderful Administration Assistant at Sage Financial Planning

Bridget joined the team in 2025 straight from school after completing Year 12, bringing plenty of enthusiasm, kindness, and consideration, along with a great ability to work well within the team. She is always eager to keep learning, grow her skills, and build her career with us.

When she’s not at work or studying for her Bachelor of Business at USC, you’ll find Bridget out on the farm with her animals, hitting the gym, camping, or spending time with friends.

We love her energy and are excited to watch her journey grow with Sage

Say hi to Jodie who joined the Sage Financial Planning team in April 2026 after making the move from Ipswich to Gympie to be closer to family.

Jodie is a delight to have in the office bringing years of experience in the Financial Planning industry, along with a genuine passion for helping both Financial Planners and clients. Outside the office, Jodie is a proud mum to two girls, Kira and Taylor, and a very devoted puppy mum to her cavoodle, George.

Outside of work, Bridget enjoys caring for her farm animals, keeping active at the gym, camping, and spending time with friends. She is also pursuing her Bachelor of Business at USC and enjoys the challenge of balancing study with her professional development.
