Over the last few weeks Dave Woolford has been representing Australia at the World Masters Hockey World Cup 2026 in the Netherlands.

Over night, they managed to win the Gold Medal in a penalty shoot out in the over 40’s division against England (4-2).

We love it when Tasmanians shine on the world stage, particularly when they work with us!

As many of you know, Charles has recently taken a well-deserved short break from the office.

It seems however, that he's still with us... When we were volunteering to set up the Variety the Children's Charity TAS fundraiser Book Stall - Kristy found a copy of his best seller "Old Head on Young Shoulders"!!

When you've worked with someone for many years, you get to know more than just their finances — you get to know the person behind the business.

Nick Harrison, is the owner of Office National Hobart, having moved from the UK 25 years ago.

He has firmly established himself in Tasmania, now being a business owner, family man, passionate supporter of local soccer, and someone who always brings a healthy dose of humour to every conversation, Nick is the kind of client who makes our job enjoyable.

He only has one fault though, he still supports the mother country England in Ashes contests and at the FIFA World Cup.

We're incredibly grateful for the trust Nick has placed in us over the years and proud to play a small part in his journey.

With the 30th June fast approaching one of our advisers, Charles Badenach, was in the ABC Radio Studios yesterday discussing the strategies that should be considered to help boost retirement savings + maximise your government entitlements + minimise your tax liabilities + maximise your after tax income.

Although most people don't realise it the ATO is your silent financial partner who is always getting a return on their investment - YOU!

As Kerry Packer once said "I am minimising my tax and if anybody in this country who doesn't minimise their tax wants their heads read, because as a government, I can tell you, you're not spending it that well that we should be donating extra!"

This week Hollywood came to Main Street with new corporate photo’s and an updated corporate video under way. Whilst everyone was out of their comfort zone, we had lots of laughs and enjoyed the experience.

We are in no danger of losing anyone to Hollywood in the medium term. The new production will be released in July 2026.
