🌟 Our Team is Growing!! We are hiring an Administration / Client Services Assistant (Part-Time) 🌟
We are seeking an Administration / Client Services Assistant Part-Time (2-3 Days p/w) to join our Ipswich accounting firm. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, is highly organised, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail.

🫵 What you'll be doing:
- Providing high level client service and building relationships, acting as a point of contact for client enquiries and requests.
- Preparing, collating, and distributing client correspondence and documentation whilst maintaining accurate client records and filing systems.
- Liaising with clients to ensure tax lodgement deadlines are met.
- Managing correspondence and liaising with the ATO and ASIC on behalf of clients.
- Performing general office administration duties including assisting with basic data entry and document preparation, answering phone calls, and scheduling and preparing for meetings.
👀 We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous Administration / Client Services Assistant experience in an Australian Accounting or Financial Services practice.
- Has experience in using Microsoft Office365, Xero XPM, FYI, ATOMate, Now Infinity (ASIC), FuseSign. This is preferred, but not essential. We will assist you with on-the-job training.
- Is prepared to take ownership of the role, roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
- Is client focused, has good communication skills, and is committed to providing high level service.
- Is solutions focused and prepared to contribute to improving our business systems and processes.
- Someone who has strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Is a team player and brings a positive and collaborative attitude into our workplace.
- Is looking for medium - long term employment and wants to grow with our business.
