Mortgage "freeze" by banking Institutions - Briefly, please be aware that the banks will continue charging you interest on your mortgage even though you're not repaying anything to them for a period of time. At the end of this "freeze" period you may find that your minimum repayments have now increased. Just FYI

• Confirmation from ASIC that SMSF with a lower account balances (under $200,000) have produced negative returns on assets in recent years
• Care must be taken when rolling over or consolidating superannuation funds as there may be issues at a later stage.
