Sounds great, right? But hold up — not so fast. 🛑

There are two types of pre-approvals:
1. System-generated – instant, no doc checks, no human eyes.
2. Fully assessed by a real credit assessor – full doc review, validation, and genuine peace of mind.

💥 The risk?
That shiny 5-minute pre-approval is based only on what you typed in. No one's actually checked your payslips, your living expenses, or picked up any red flags. If there’s a mistake or something doesn’t match later… your approval could fall over after you’ve signed a contract. 😳
