⚖️ When “no win, no fee” almost cost the family everything
A live-in carer made a claim on a deceased’s estate.
A Court arbitrator stated that the carer had no legal claim.

But there was a catch —
the lawyer was on a no-win, no-fee retainer.
And if the family didn’t agree to a settlement, the legal fees could have skyrocketed, draining the estate even though the claim had no merit.
