💡 How Payday Super Works
From 1 July 2026, employers must pay super guarantee on payday, at the same time as salary and wages.

✅ Key points:
• Super guarantee = 12% of Qualifying Earnings (QE) (includes OTE + other payments)
• Must be paid to the employee’s super fund on payday
• Super fund must receive payment within 7 business days (with some exceptions for new employees)
