📢 We're Still Working Remotely in 2025

Hi everyone!

Just a quick update to let you know that our team will continue working remotely throughout this year. While we may not be seeing you in person, we're still here to help and make things as easy as possible for you.

If you need to submit forms, receipts, or other paperwork, you can simply hand them to the lovely staff at the post office, and ask for them to be placed in our post box — no postage required!

Our office is closed from 20.12.2024 to 20.01.2025, allowing our team to enjoy some well-deserved time off with family and friends. During this period, there will be limited access to email, and response times may be delayed. We kindly ask for your patience, and we will get back to you as soon as possible upon our return.
Glenn will continue working hard through the break and is lodging returns. These will be invoiced to you when the staff returns from the break.
Tax Return Status: If you are seeking an update on your tax return status, please refer to your MyGov account, where you can check if it has been lodged and view your return or bill amount.
Drop off Documents: If you need to drop off documents, please refer to our PO BOX details below.
Invoice Payment: If you are enquiring about how to pay your invoice, please refer to the bank details provided on your invoice.

Exciting Update: Our Phone Number is Back!

After a challenging process with Optus and Nathan, we’re pleased to announce that we have finally regained our original phone number: 4334 5300. We’re excited to have this back and fully operational!

With this number now restored, communication will be smoother and more efficient than in the past six months, which we know has been difficult for everyone. Gone are the days of the answering service—moving forward, calls will be mainly answered by Jess.
