Pay Day Super is coming, which means:

✔️ Super must be paid at the same time as wages
✔️ No more waiting until quarter end
✔️ Less chance of missed or late super payments
✔️ Employees get their money working for them sooner

⚠️ Key transition point:
Your June 2026 quarter super must be paid before your first payroll in July — no overlap, no grace period.

For employers:
👉 You’ll need to manage cashflow more closely
👉 Payroll systems may need updating
👉 Compliance will be more visible (ATO will see it faster)

For employees:
👉 More frequent contributions = better long-term growth
