✨ Throwback with a whole lot of pride ✨
We often celebrate client success stories… but today this one is different - and one I’m personally incredibly proud of.
Kodie’s journey at MBFG is truly something special.
She started with us on reception, took a leap into finance, then moved into general insurance, completing her qualifications along the way. From there, she was offered a clear career pathway into Accounting - and she has embraced every step with determination and drive.
Kodie doesn’t do things half arsed. Being a team member wasn’t enough - she wanted to grow, lead, and make an impact.
Today, she is the Head of our Accounting team, our largest department at MBFG, leading a team of 10+ incredible people. An achievement she has absolutely earned.
She’s grown not just professionally, but personally - becoming a mum to her two gorgeous girls, while continuing to contribute so much to MBFG.
We feel incredibly lucky to have her on our team, and even more so to celebrate her graduation alongside her family.
Kodie has been with us through the highs and the lows, growing alongside the business, and she’s not far off joining our exclusive 10‑year club - a milestone that speaks volumes about loyalty, resilience, commitment… and of course, the fun along the way.
Kodie, your story is one of growth, grit and belief - and it’s one that is deeply woven into MBFG.
