What if the financial decision youโ€™re about to make is one youโ€™ll regret later?

A good financial plan isnโ€™t just about what you do; itโ€™s also about avoiding the wrong decisions.

Large financial decisions shouldnโ€™t be based on emotion or short-term frustration.

Having the right advice can help you see opportunities you may otherwise miss.

P.S. Reach out if you want help making more informed decisions about your finances.

Ever returned something and then felt like you had extra money to spend?

Thatโ€™s the trap. A refund isnโ€™t new money, itโ€™s simply money coming back that was already yours.

A common mistake is treating refunds, tax returns, bonuses, or unexpected cash as a reason to spend more, instead of using it to improve your financial position.

The money was always yours. The question is what you choose to do with it next.

P.S. Reach out if you want help building better money habits and making your finances work harder.

Why it pays to get good advice

20/08/2026

Many Australians see property as safer than the share market.

But one big difference is how often you see the value change.

With shares, you can check your portfolio every day and watch it move up and down.

When markets fall, emotions take over and many investors sell at the worst possible time.

Property feels different because you donโ€™t get a daily valuation. But if you saw your house price change every morning, youโ€™d probably feel the same anxiety.

The key to successful investing is controlling your emotions, staying invested, automating contributions, and building a diversified portfolio.

Property can be a great investment, but owning one asset is very different from owning thousands of companies through an ETF or index fund.

P.S. DM me if you want help building a long-term investment strategy.
