SOCIAL | IG FAMILY DAY 2026
We were lucky enough to enjoy another beautiful Melbourne day for our annual Insitu Group Family Day, returning to Luna Park for the third time in the past decade. It’s a place that never fails to deliver, and once again it proved a hit with kids and adults alike.
With a mix of rides, games and waterfront views, the day provided a great opportunity to recognise the people behind our projects and the support networks that make what we do possible.
It was wonderful to see our team come together with their partners and children—catching up, connecting and making memories. Days like this remind us that what we build goes beyond projects—it’s the people and relationships that make Insitu Group what it is.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so enjoyable.

PROJECT COMPLETION | WOOLWORTHS WEST BRASSALL SHOPPING CENTRE
Insitugroup Queensland is proud to announce the successful completion of the Woolworths West Brassall Shopping Centre in Queensland.
From concept and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) through to delivery and the Grand Opening on the 7th of May, this project represents a true team effort, built on strong collaboration, shared commitment, and a drive to deliver excellence.

Delivered in partnership with Woolworths and Thomson Adsett Architects, this large-format retail development spans a 25,500m² site featuring a 4,020m² Woolworths Supermarket and 15 specialty tenancies, marking a significant milestone as Insitugroup Queensland’s first project of this scale.

We thank Woolworths for their trust and partnership throughout the journey and extend our appreciation to everyone involved for their expertise, dedication, and commitment. It’s always rewarding to see a vision come to life, and this one is especially meaningful, and we hope it serves the Brassall community well for years to come.

IG UPDATE | PORT MELBOURNE OFFICE
Behind these white washed walls lies a former factory, rich in history, now being carefully restored and reimagined into Insitu Group's newest headquarters.
With Made For Studio leading the transformation, every detail honours the building’s past and its original character while shaping how we’ll work into the future.

Hare Construct are meticulously restoring the fabric of the Port Melbourne building, ensuring its heritage is preserved with care and precision. As our Victorian team has grown to over 100, this newly converted warehouse will provide the space needed to support our next chapter. We're creating something special and we look forwarding to sharing more beyond this sneak peek in the coming months.

Our annual client function in The Lounge at Rod Laver Arena for the Australian Open was a fantastic way to come together and set the tone for the year ahead. This year’s event brought a vibrant atmosphere, great conversations, stunning weather, and plenty of on‑court excitement — a combination that made for a very enjoyable day.
Sharing this event each year with clients and partners is something we genuinely value, and AO26 delivered.
