From finance executive to wedding singer.

Findex Co-CEO Tony Roussos has been profiled in AFR Magazine, sharing the story behind his lifelong love of music and the lessons it has taught him along the way.

Tony grew up in a musical family, went on to perform at around 1,000 weddings, and still plays piano several times a week.

For Tony, music has always been about teamwork, preparation and reading the room. Useful skills on stage, and in business.

Findex's executive director Tony Roussos says performing is a lesson in discipline. "Like in business, preparation in music is invisible – but failure isn’t."
