Sole traders making under $135,000 profit probably don't need to incorporate yet from a tax perspective.
Below that threshold, your individual tax rates are still competitive with company rates.
Above it, the 25% company tax rate starts looking better than your marginal rate - that's when restructuring might save you money.
Though tax isn't the only consideration - asset protection and limiting personal liability are also reasons businesses incorporate, even if the tax savings aren't there yet.
