Meet Kaine Frew, Partner and Senior Financial Adviser at Diamond Partners.

Since joining the team in 2020, Kaine has brought extensive experience from the financial services and banking sector, helping clients create clear and personalised financial plans.

As a financial adviser in Australia, Kaine is passionate about supporting people from all walks of life with honest, reliable advice and a holistic approach to wealth management. His focus is on helping clients build long term wealth while feeling confident that everything is in order.

He believes financial planning should create clarity and peace of mind, giving clients the freedom to focus on what matters most to them.

Outside of work, Kaine is deeply connected to the local Sunshine Coast community. You will often find him involved with Caloundra Football Club, enjoying a good coffee, or spending time by the beach with his feet in the sand.

After some wonderful time off with my family last year, returning to the office and my team at Diamond Partners has been incredibly special. While I adore my boys and feel so lucky to be their mum, Diamond Partners is also a big part of who I am.

The beginning of a new year is always a reflective and creative time for me. It is when the ideas start flowing and the bigger picture begins to take shape. Growth plans, team development, service offerings, marketing and financial analysis all come into focus as we map out the year ahead. What always follows is clarity. Clarity around direction, intentional growth and the steps forward.

After some thoughtful conversations, Angela has decided to step into her own practice where she will focus on servicing several complex high net wealth clients. She has loved working with many of you and managing your strategy while I was away, and I have loved having her as part of our team. With family calling her back to North Queensland, it is time for her to pursue this next chapter. She will not be a stranger and I have no doubt we will remain connected.

This period has also led me to reflect on where I bring the most value. The part of my role I enjoy most is working directly with our clients. The relationships, the strategy conversations and supporting you through the different stages of life.

With this in mind, I will be stepping back into my adviser seat more fully this year.

Emma, our Head of Operations, will be taking on more of the operational leadership within the business, while Kaine, our Senior Financial Adviser and Partner, continues supporting many of our wonderful clients as he enters his sixth year with Diamond Partners.

We remain open for business and will continue to grow organically through referrals from trusted professionals and valued clients like you.

I am truly delighted to be back working closely with you again and look forward to seeing many of you soon.

Meet Emma Gregory, Partner and Head of Operations at Diamond Partners.
Quite simply, Diamond Partners wouldn’t be what it is today without Emma.

Emma made the move from Toowoomba to the Sunshine Coast, drawn by the lifestyle the region offers. Since arriving, she has built an impressive career while bringing a genuine passion for sustainability into both her personal life and the way we operate as a business. She is a strong advocate for protecting the beautiful environment we’re fortunate to call home.

Emma plays a pivotal role within Diamond Partners. She is deeply committed to helping our clients feel financially prepared and supported, particularly when life throws the unexpected their way. At the same time, she works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our clients’ experiences are seamless and that nothing is ever overlooked.

As Head of Operations, Emma is also a steady support for our entire team. She helps maintain a culture that values balance, collaboration, and care - ensuring our people can do their best work while still enjoying life outside the office.

Outside of work, Emma loves spending time in her garden and with her husband and their two dogs.

We have a couple of exciting announcements!

Firstly, please join me in congratulating both Kaine Frew (Senior Financial Adviser) and Emma Gregory (Head of Operations) in becoming a ‘Partner’ at Diamond Partners. It is no secret that my passion has always been to grow a collaborative and dynamic team/partnerships to support the demand of our industries services. Kaine and Emma have contributed significantly to our journey and growth so far, and it was a natural step that they were invited to a seat at the ownership table. I am excited for this next chapter of continued collaboration and leadership within our growing team.

Secondly, it is with a heartfelt message I can formally announce I am expecting my second child (son) in late March/early April. After some initial challenges and managing the life as a business owner, financial adviser, and mum, I am excited to be looking forward to some time with my family in 2025. I will return to my current capacity in 2026 with my personal client review schedule for 2025 continuing as normal, along with keeping my finger on the pulse in our ever-changing financial landscape.

To thank and reward our staff for another large year, our office will be closed from lunchtime on Thursday, December 5th for our Christmas celebration.

We will close from 5pm Thursday, 19th December for the Christmas period. Our team will be back on deck, refreshed, from 9am Monday, 6th of January 2025.
