On Sunday, a few members of our team took part in Together We Dip, joining hundreds of locals in the water to support an important cause. 🌊💙

The event helps raise awareness for mental health and promotes a simple but powerful message: no one has to face life's challenges alone.

As proud sponsors of the Mount Martha Life Saving Club, we were honoured to be involved in an event that brings people together, encourages meaningful conversations, and strengthens community connections.

How incredible is this! Huge congratulations to local Woodleigh School student Tilly Boadle, who has just been crowned Junior Women’s Downhill WORLD CHAMPION at the 2026 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships! 🚵‍♀️🌍🏆

What an extraordinary achievement, representing Australia on the world stage and coming home with the rainbow jersey. 🌈🇦🇺

It’s always special to see young people from our local community achieving amazing things, and this is absolutely next level.

Congratulations Tilly, what a superstar and what an incredibly exciting future ahead! 👏👏👏

So great to see our clients continuing to grow and expand, and what an incredible new venue! 👏

A few of the SMART team were lucky enough to attend a pre-launch dinner at The Freehouse in Collingwood, the newest venue from Richard Jeffares and the team behind TWØBAYS.

The venue is absolutely stunning, the food was amazing, and there was one particularly happy member of our team… Brielle, who is coeliac, was completely spoilt for choice because the entire venue is gluten free! 🙌

For someone who normally has to ask questions, double-check menus and worry about cross-contamination, being able to eat (and drink!) absolutely anything on the menu with no concerns was pretty special.

And for the rest of us? You genuinely wouldn’t know it was gluten free - everything tasted incredible.

What a great night at Dress for Success Victoria’s Ignite Her Future Gala at TheLangham Melbourne❤️

We were so happy to attend with some of our clients and friends and support an organisation doing such important work for women in our community.

A special mention to Brihony Dawson, who was a fantastic MC and brought plenty of energy to the evening! 🎤❤️

Dress for Success Victoria supports women as they work towards employment and financial independence by providing professional clothing, styling, career support and confidence.

There was lots of fun around our table, some very enthusiastic bidding at the auction 😂, and a beautiful Indigenous artwork even found a new home.

Supporting Dress for Success can also be as simple as having a clean-out at home.

If you have good-quality workwear, dresses, jackets, shoes, handbags or smart-casual clothing you no longer wear, you can donate it to the Dress for Success Victoria boutique in Frankston.
