A financial adviser on the coast charged $25,000 for a plan this year. That's wild.

The average sits between $3,000 and $5,000. And here's what most people don't realise: you don't have to keep paying year after year just to have someone manage things.

Here's how we work. We quote you based on the strategies we're putting in place, not the size of your portfolio. Fixed fee. Implementation included. And if you don't need us next year, you don't pay us next year.

Most of the time it's tax deductible too.

If you've been holding back because you're worried about fees, come in for a free consultation. We'll walk through exactly what we'd do for you, show you the value, and you can decide if it's worth moving forward. No pressure to become an ongoing client if you're not going to get value from it.

That's the difference between us and everyone else. Come and have a chat.

We're not for the person looking for the cheapest fee.

We're not for the person who wants to skip the strategy session and just be told what to buy.

We're not for the person who treats their finances as a transaction once a year at tax time.

We are for the person who's earned enough to want a real plan, hasn't found one that fits, and is ready to actually use it.

If that's you, give us a call.

Business owners, don't miss these three essential tips to maximise your tax return before the financial year ends:

Prepay Loan Interest: If you've had a successful year, prepay next year's loan interest now to bring that deduction into the current financial year.

Pay Superannuation on Time: Ensure all super payments are made before the deadline to secure your business tax deduction.

Consult Your Accountant Early: Meet with your accountant before the year ends, not after, to discuss strategies like prepaying for stock or materials and reviewing your overall tax situation.

The difference between a good tax outcome and a great one often comes down to timing. Book a chat with the Oasis Financial team before June 30 and make sure you're not leaving money on the table.

One of our longest standing clients came to us in her late 50s during a difficult life transition. She was unsure how to manage her money or navigate downsizing her home. Over the next decade, we worked together to:
• Build her confidence in managing her finances.
• Successfully downsize her home.
• Strategically contribute extra income into her superannuation.

By age 67, she retired because she wanted to, not because she had to. Today, in her mid-70s, she enjoys a great lifestyle, traveling every year and living comfortably on approximately $80,000 a year.

Without professional advice, her reality today would look very different.

If you are considering speaking with a financial advisor, it’s worth a chat. Let's help you plan for the retirement you deserve.

I'm a financial adviser, but I don't see everybody.

What that means is this: if you're in your late 50s through to your mid 60s, you're ideally positioned for us to add real value to your situation.

If you're still working but you want to retire, you've got superannuation, and your mortgage is coming right down, there's a lot we can do. We can work to clear your mortgage, access your super early, put more into super, and use what we call a debt recycling strategy through super to save you tens of thousands in tax over the next few years.

The goal is simple: build your retirement so that by the time you reach your mid 60s, you can retire comfortably.

I offer a free 10 to 15 minute phone conversation.

If your financial advisor can't afford the holidays they want, that's information.

The whole point of doing this properly is so your money works harder than you do, until eventually it pays you, and you stop chasing it.

That's the plan we build with every client at Oasis.

The average Aussie holds a property for 4 years. Then sells it. Then wonders why it didn't grow. Property doesn't work on a 4 year cycle.

It works on a 15 year one. And right now, with rates and cost of living biting, a lot of people are about to make a 4-year decision that costs them the next 15.Before you list it, let's look at the budget. Let's look at the loan structure.

Let's see what we can rearrange so you keep the asset that's quietly doing the heaviest lifting in your future.Selling is one option. It shouldn't be the first one.

DM "property" or book a 15-min call (link in bio).

Most Australians don't know what happens to their super when they die.

Spoiler: it doesn't automatically go to your family.

If you have no nomination in place, your super fund will advertise the funds, and anyone can put forward a case to claim a portion. Yes, anyone.
Non binding nomination? Still challengeable.

Binding nomination is the only one that does what you think nominations do.
And here's the part nobody talks about: tax.
→ Spouse receives super → no tax
→ Adult children receive super → taxed
→ Same money. Different recipient. Different outcome.

The fix exists. There's a withdrawal and re-contribution strategy that can wipe out the tax burden on your adult kids before it ever lands. Most people only find out it existed after their parents are gone.

Worth a 30 minute conversation while everyone's still here.
Save this. Send it to your siblings. Then book a chat.

On this ANZAC Day, we pause to remember.

In 1915, Australian and New Zealand soldiers earned just 6 shillings a day, roughly $2.80 in today’s money.

They didn’t fight for wealth. They fought for the people they loved, the land they believed in, and the freedom we wake up to every single day.

Lest we forget. 🇦🇺🇳🇿
