⏰ Reminder for Employers: Q4 Super is Due Soon
If you have employees, Super Guarantee contributions for the April–June quarter must be received by your employees' super funds by 28 July.
A few things to keep in mind:
✅ Allow enough processing time if you're paying through a clearing house
✅ Late payments may attract the Super Guarantee Charge (SGC) and additional administration requirements
✅ Review your payroll records now to avoid last-minute surprises
Looking ahead: Super is also changing.
The Federal Government has announced plans to introduce Payday Super from 1 July 2026, which will require employers to pay super at the same time as wages, rather than quarterly.
While quarterly super remains in place for now, it's a good idea to start thinking about how these changes may impact your cash flow and payroll processes.
