It's always a wonderful event showcasing the amazing work Mater Dei for the families of Macarthur.

As a business owner, mum and someone who spends most days behind a desk or in client meetings, its always refreshing to step away for a few hours and be inspired by others doing amazing things.

Today we’re sharing some bittersweet news — Caelum is leaving us at Start Fresh.

He’s been offered an amazing opportunity he simply couldn’t refuse. While we’re sad to see him go, we’re genuinely excited for what’s ahead in this next chapter.

Caelum has been with us for almost three years, and we’ve truly loved having him as part of the team. We’ll miss your love of sport, your Marvel chats, and your sunny-side-up disposition every day.

Marianne will especially miss pranking you — which you’ve endured with great patience and good humour!
