While the tradies refreshed the office, we used the week away to reset and recharge with the team:

- Strategy Day with .group to align on where we're heading
- Sweat session at with Sherry and Maddy to sharpen our focus
- Breathwork and meditation led by May and Miles

The team was able to walk into our new-look office recharged, aligned and ready to smash goals.

🎉 A huge congratulations to Lynn, who has just received her accreditation as a Financial Adviser in Australia!

Lynn joined Qualia Wealth after relocating from New Zealand with her family, bringing over 15 years of experience and a genuine love for helping people make sense of their finances.

Lynn holds a Master of Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Finance. Since joining our team in 2024, Lynn has been working hard to support our advisers and clients, while completing her Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning in order to practice here in Australia.

We couldn't be more excited to see Lynn’s hard work pay off, and can’t wait for her put that expertise to work for our clients.

Lynn has a real talent for seeing how a client's business, career, and family all fit together, and for making complex decisions feel a lot less daunting.

We're so proud of Lynn for reaching this milestone, and even more grateful to have her as part of the Qualia Wealth family. Well done, Lynn, this is well deserved!
