An exciting opportunity exists for an Undergraduate Accountant to join our energetic and friendly team in Oran Park. You will become an integral part of the broader team and be mentored to help you grow as a professional and into leadership positions. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
• Assist in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
• Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of entities, including companies and trusts
• Be coached directly by an experienced Manager with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
• Help your team provide exceptional service to our clients
• Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
• Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events.

ABOUT YOU
• Currently undertaking your final year of Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar
• Prior working experience using accounting software, such as MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks would be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
• Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic

Duties will include:
~ Answering and responding to all incoming phone calls.
~ Looking after all visitors and clients who attend the reception area, including organising refreshments when required.
~ Coordinate and manage mail and courier deliveries coming in and going out.
~ Providing administrative support to the Client Directors, Client Managers and broader team as and when required.
~ Assisting projects that contribute towards building the culture of Kelly+Partners as well as various other duties as and when required.
