Did you know an unsecured construction site in WA can cost you up to $21,000?

Under Regulation 298 of the Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022 (WA), anyone with management or control of a workplace where construction work is carried out must ensure the site is secured from unauthorised access. Penalties apply, up to $4,200 for an individual, and up to $21,000 for a body corporate.
