December is the ideal time for property owners to prepare for upcoming land tax assessments.

The Australian Government has just passed legislation introducing one of the biggest changes to super obligations in decades.

From 𝟏 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, super must be paid 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐝𝐚𝐲 and reach the fund 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝟕 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬. If your business uses payroll software like Xero, the transition may be smooth — but manual processes could create compliance issues and cashflow challenges.
