Spanning consumer, commercial, business and agribusiness his skills and expertise have been widely appreciated. In the last 12 months at JVA he has built up and run the successful Debt Demolition program saving clients in excess of $1.6M in interest and in excess of 106 years off their Home Loans. In terms of Management & Leadership skills Steve has honed his skills in managing successful teams of up to 20 both in his role as Managing Director of a successful Mortgage Brokerage for 3 years and at the several Football Clubs he has been employed at. Working with the senior midfield group of between 10-15 players to establish and achieve agreed upon KPI components that fit with the overall team / club ethos that has lead to the ultimate success 5 times.
