Precept Financial Services Precept Financial Services had its beginnings in 1986 when David Shaw and Norm Knell formed Shaw Knell Financial Group (SKFG).

Precept Financial Services Pty Ltd (ACN 140 538 147) as trustee for SF Unit Trust trading as Precept Financial Services is an authorised representative of Charter Financial Planning, Australian Financial Services Licensee and ACLNo. 234665 On 1st December 2009, David Shaw with staff from SKFG decided to form Precept. Our main Precept office is in Osborne Park, but we also have offices in Kalgoorli

e and Esperance. Over time we have grown steadily in size, now having 18 advisers and 23 support staff across our offices. We pride ourselves on providing quality financial advice covering many areas including:
- Superannuation
- Investment advice
- Risk insurance advice
- Mortgages
- Retirement strategies (including aged care and Centrelink)
